Q: What is MLS?

A: The (MLS) Multiple Listing Service is a large computerized database containing ALL of the properties listed by Realtors® and seen by Realtors®.

When anyone contacts an agent regarding a home purchase, the Realtor® will search through the MLS for properties meeting their criteria. This is the main source of properties for them, not ads or signs. 

Because of the large number of Realtors using the same database the listing Realtor® almost never sells their own listing, it is almost always another Realtor® who finds the property through the MLS.

Participating Realtors® know they are "protected" so if they sell your property, they will be paid a commission.

 

Q: How much do I pay to the Realtor® that sells my property?

A: You ONLY pay 3% of the agreed sales price. (may be increased or reduced by agreement)  

 

Q: Is this program for FSBO's (By Owner's) Only?

A: Our Service benefits all parties to the transaction;

  • It invites all Realtors® to participate in the sale of the FSBO paying 3% to the Agent/Office that sells the home.
  • FSBO's benefits by letting the world know there home is available for sale for a low fee of $495.
  • Buyers are provided with all property information and additional savings through our 25% Buyers Rebate program.

 

Q: Do MLS By Owner Realty Agents work with Buyers?

A: YES, our agents are all Realtors® who actively work with buyers seeking properties in various locations and price ranges. We work hard to sell our listings and earn the 3% commission.

As Florida's Discount Real Estate Brokers, contract services is included and we refund your listing fee, if we sell your home!

 

Q: What if I find my own buyer?

A: You pay NO commission! Check out our 1% Contract Services Program!

 

Q: HELP, I have an offer and need help completing the proper documents?

A: It is Important that if you don't completely understand the documents that you don't sign! Our Agents can provide you with contract preparation and negotiation services for ONLY 1% of agreed sales price. These services include review, assist with negotiations, preparation of the contract, manage and coordinate transaction through the day of closing! JUST GIVE US A CALL! ... Or seek guidance of a Real Estate Attorney.

 

Q: How long is the listing period?

A: One year…. You may cancel at anytime...No additional fees for updates or changes!

 

Q: How are showings with cooperating Realtors arranged?

A: Showings are customized to your needs, they can be arranged as appointment with seller or lock box if desired.  Detailed showing information will be posted directly on MLS for Realtors convenience. 

Q: Will my listing appear differently than other listings in MLS?

A: No. The listing will look like other listings, OR BETTER, only featured with 1-10 photos & a detailed description.

 

Q: What Internet sites will my home be featured in?

A: Through our listing partners your home will also be featured in National MLS Realtor®.com, HomeSeekers.com, HomeGain.com, Craigslist.com, Zillow.com, YahooRealEstate.com, to name just a few. Check out our Home Page For more sites.

Your 5 room virtual tour will be added to the MLS and Websites (where allowed)
